I’ve noticed some recession around my temples, and I’m only 17. My dad has a pretty bad hairline, so I feel like I’m probably heading in that direction too. The good thing is that he still has a full head of hair, but honestly, I just don’t want to end up with a really high hairline.

I’ve been thinking about starting finasteride, and I wanted to hear some feedback from people who have already tried it. I’m especially interested in hearing about real experiences what it was like starting it, any side effects, results, or whether you think it was worth it. I’d also be interested in hearing about other hair-loss treatments or medications people have tried.

never used it personally but ive heard ppl have good experiences wit it but ive also heard the shedding once u initially start using it is pre bad and it may also lower ur libido but by a negligible amount
