The disadvantages of traditional liquid shampoos are due to the presence of synthetic ingredients which can be damaging to hair and the environment. Many contain sulfates such as sodium lauryl sulfate which are extremely stripping but strip away the natural oils of the scalp leading to dryness, irritation and increased oil production. Liquid shampoos frequently include silicones to make hair glossy but these accumulate, weigh hair down and prevent hair from absorbing nutrients. Liquid shampoos are also packaged in plastic bottles, which leads to an increase in garbage and pollution of nature. Besides, the high water content reduces the concentration of such products and makes their transportation less ecological.
Solid shampoos are a more concentrated and environmentally friendly way of hair care most often based on plant oils such as coconut, olive or castor. They are formulated with essential oils and botanical extracts that give a gentle clean to the scalp without the use of harsh chemicals, helping maintain a healthy microbiome and strengthening hair. Their packaging is generally simple and made from recycled materials such as paper or cardboard, helping to cut down on plastic waste
Lack of water makes solid shampoos more concentrated. One bar is enough for two or three bottles of liquid shampoo, which makes them more economical and convenient to use.
I would also like to add this method with egg yolk
The egg yolk saturates the hair roots with biotin, B vitamins and easily digestible fatty acids, and strengthens the hair structure from the inside.
To use this method, separate the yolks from the whites (so that the white does not curl up from the warm water) and apply them with massaging movements to the wet roots, then rinse your hair thoroughly with slightly warm water. Make sure that the water is not very hot so that the yolk does not cook right on your head. Also make sure that your egg is of good quality from the farm and not the store one.
The longer your hair is, the more of a man you are. Why would you cut it? That’s for slaves. Let it grow.
