Hairmaxxing tips after a perm that caused frizz

I got a perm 6 months ago i had a very straight hair i told the guy that i wanted wavy hair but he insisted and made the chemicals last longer in my hair so i became a brocolli head and it was ugly. Now its back to my straight hair style but the texture is so fucking frizzy unlike the pre perm. I did everything i could to go back to straight i did conditioner everyday. Any tips to eliminate this frizz?

#2 as i am leave in conditioner + aunt jackie’s curl gel, don’t touch your hair when its drying and scrunch out the gel cast when its 80-100% dry, don’t use shampoo or conditioner, and wash your hair with only cold water
