yes i know my hair is absolutely horrendous what i dont know is how to fix it. I would prefer to keep it somewhat long. I urgently need help with this. I have no idea what haircut i should get. i have previously had shorter hair almost like a fringe and i looked like a twink so that is out of the question. this is purely for responses on my hair not the rest of my face.

Nevee cut it short, use sea salt spray (sort of try to make it messy, like just play with it), and u can cut a lil bit from the sides and back

don't use shampoo everyday, start using a good quality shampoo+conditioner (max 2x a week) and implement a hair mask 1x a week, other than that you should sleep on silk pillow case for less friction and frizz in the morning. Your hair type seems like a damaged wavy hair so with these steps you will bring your waves back, try some products with coconut oil, it's good for wavy hair.
