RU-58841 is hands down the best thing you can use to stop hair loss from a roid cycle if thats what you are looking for. 0 androgen activity on the scalp essentially.

2.5mg oral minox is a staple for speeding up hair growth and thickening hair.

id stay away from oral fin and dut, if ur gonna use a 5aR inhibitor use topical dut. (RU mogs tho)

Other natural things like castor oil also work pretty well for hair health, definitely not gonna stop MPB tho.

I'm 19 and natural and don't want to nuke my DHT yet. Im trying to focus on the scalp and have read that RU goes systematic after a while or does that only happen on a high dosage?

Ive been using topical minoxidil as well and have seen some good results a lot of new hairs in the corners that I never had before, so I want to take the next step.I just need to know which one is best for me. Ive also seen that RU powder is quite expensive would you say I should get it from a second source or straight from China (living in Europe)?

Hmm, im not sure on sourcing for RU in EU. In the US its like $55 for a 50ml bottle of 2,500mg, im sure you can find it on some research chem site tho. Also id highly recommend oral minox unless you think you will grow an unmanageable amount of body hair. Theres almost 0 side effect profile on oral minox and the systemic effect mogs topical to hell.

Honestly the sooner you get on fin/dut the better.
