I keep seeing all these non-religious or christian people eating kosher or halal foods specifically. Why is that??

Healthier since meat is drained of blood and animal is killed humanely, meaning no hormones are released

There is no blood in halal chicken. It tastes different and better and has different nutrients from being slaughtered differently. Halal chicken also usually uses a different breed which is smaller and tastier. Kosher is same I think but expensive and has salt added and forced sodium content

It’s good to eat blooded meat sometimes but also unblooded halal retains certain nutrients and soaks moisture better
