Halloween Ends was a bomb ass fucking movie. It was about time they capitalized off the idea of another Michael, whether imitator or otherwise, and they executed it pretty fucking good. Personal favorite character was Corey, just introduced, yet was smart as fuck almost throughout the entire movie, even to where he killed himself and pinned it on Laurie. Thought they were going to do some bullshit where he drops subtle hints and had Allyson figure it all out and ruin it, but they didn't, they made him smarter than that, and I appreciate it. One part that did 'kinda ruin it was everyone forgetting Corey and his fucking perfect framing on Laurie just for the sake of 'plot'. But that was the only real issue I had with it. The subtle details Corey had, (like staring at Laurie outside of the window with the original Halloween music) showing that he had a possibility of becoming someone like Michael were real fucking clean and had serious respect to the movie they were making, it did take risks to make the movie, especially with the direction they were going for, but they nailed it on the head.
"muh it wasn't interesting and was predictable"
We get it faggot, you need to be quirky and different because you CAN'T APPRECIATE ANY FUCKING MOVIES ANYMORE YOU BASIC CUNT, Halloween Ends was a real good movie in my eyes.
I give it a solid 7/10, as a pretty fine movie. However, I do believe they could have delved deeper on the relationship Corey and Michael could have held, and made it longer, considering it WAS the apparent final movie of the trilogy, (Before another shit remake comes out jfl) could have made it 2+ hours to wrap everything up nicely and truly finish it off.
That's my opinion though... Share yours.
