afaik both halo and var usually struggle to significantly increase adult height, but they both are able to in some studies
i imagine anavar is probably better for this but not sure, but either way the effect would be synergistic with gh and an ai

Accelerated velocity (over baseline) continued as long as the bone age was less than 14 years.

Subjects of the study are ones with delayed puberty predominantly (~86%) and effects of this drug stopped once 14 years old of boneage is reached.
There are some studies citing this one, it might be interesting to check them out.
