TUDCA, NAC also no reason to go overa tab a day which is 5mg and if you can you could go to the extreme of dialuting the tap in a seringe and consume half of it so you can get longer exposure in less dosage

P.S. vitamin C and vit E and Fish oil can also be utilized vit C will do most of the work out of the three lol

Although what they mean by growth spurt is the growth spurt when ur like 12, in delayed bone age patients [delayed puberty] they use steroids to trigger a growth spurt, but I doubt that would happen with halo
