HAMMERING ACCESSION+INCOMING ROID STACK

I’ve been hammering, using other miscellaneous products (tretnoin,minox etc, also did lip cutting 3 times after letting my lips heal back) for around 4 months now and this is what I’ve obtained. The hammer isn’t enough for me and I’m running gear once my paycheck lands. lmk what yall think about the stack and what I could add to it, im relatively new to PEDs.
