Unironically put yourself out there and learn the unspoken with girls. No girl's ever gonna make all the moves on you (especially your oneitis). So I guess, make girls interested in you (be GL, have an air of mystery i.e., they want to find out more about you and they're attracted to you). Learn to read girls minds - sounds harder than it is. Just know when and how they show small signs that they're available. Try to meet more people in general, constantly learn from everything. Develop a deeper sense of understanding and don't be afraid to stand out or be a bit different.
