Back then our ancestors have hours of manual labor work and had crazy grip strength.

Today a friend of mine who is blacksmith mogged me at armwrestling and said it is all about the hours of manual laboring.

It is also known that construction workers, farmers have specific type of strength mostly focused in their forearms, hands.

I am spamming handgripper in all day to have insane death grip :D

nah handgrippers are certified bs. they train specific type of grip strength (crushing strength) and arent much use for anything else
and guys with strongest grip in world dont "train grip all day". yeah ofc a manual labourer who's been training for decades will have a strong grip, but you can get stronger than him in a couple years training a few times a week in the gym

and thats just facts

Thats like saying bulgarian split squats are bs because you only train one leg at a time.

Handgrips are useless all the kids in my school have em and i still arm wrestle mog them without it just train your forearms and do pronation with heavy weight on wrist

Yep armwrestling is 90%+ grip strength. It's why you see some smaller looking guys able to beat large bodybuilders in it. Those heavyweight arm wrestlers develop crazy grip strength.
 
Handgrips are useless all the kids in my school have em and i still arm wrestle mog them without it just train your forearms and do pronation with heavy weight on wrist

Grippers are the best thing for armwrestling but not those joke store ones you can do a bunch of times. You need the metal high resistance 200+ pound resistance ones. If you can work up to not cheating closing a 300 pound one you will outarmwrestle most people easily.

Nope it's mostly your wrist strength that's why smaller looking guys are able win against large bodybuilders cause they have more tendon strength in their wrist which they got by specifically training for arm wrestling not by spamming handgrippers

They are according to pros here that competed in Vegas before. Literally said if you had a measure of someone's grip strength they would win most times if technique was good by both people. They do a lot of things that strengthen that area.
 
Also try to chew with the hand gripper like jawzercise will help your face too as face > muh strength

thats bs. arm wrestling is technique and arm length. then stuff like wrist strength and grip strength. but definitely not 90% grip

Handgrippers are not useless because they only train crushing strength. In fact this isn't even true. You can train pinch, support and crushing grip strength on a hand gripper if you change your technique.

Puffing up forearms with wrist curles does nothing compared to serious grip training for armwrestling. Guys much smaller than him can do this also to big muscled up guys solely due to crazy grip strength.

He is able to do that because of his pronation not because of his grip strength

Also there are better ways to train your grip strength than hand grippers

Pretty sure long dead hangs from a pull-up bar work for this. Squeeze your hands tight and hold on as long as you can after your normal pull-up sets
 
I like fucking around with them. Current goal is to close the COC #2, which I haven't even tried. Need to get one. They're good for mogging old men who try to test your grip when you meet them and shake your hand. Like imagine meeting your new girl's dad for the first time and just breaking every bone in his hand. That's how you start things off right.

In my experience, barbell finger rolls are better for building gripper strength than the grippers themselves.

Why even bother with this? Except armwrestling and overall health? Unless you workout your forearms as well its useless, does it increase hand size or wrist size or smth?

i started on the sport strength but i started using them when i was 14

Get the Trainer, .5, or the #1, or all three, or some combination. Some people will tell you to skip the .5 but I think it's a good bridge between T and #1. The 1.5 is redundant imo. If you're a big, solidly built dude you might be able to skip the Trainer. If you do get some, use chalk when you use them.

But, imo, finger rolls are better for actually training strength. You can also do dead hangs, farmers walks, towel pullups, pinch holds, or best of all rock climbing.

Use grippers but also hold dumbbells by their circular edge with your fingers for time. This will work on your pinch strength and for me has thickened my lanklet piano player fingers (I like long fingers but I want them fat too)
