could u elaborate? my hgh is frozen but when u use it do u let it rest to room temperature for a while? and when do u freeze it again?

If it's dry, it is irrelevant if it freezes because there is no moisture in the vial. Once you rehydrate it, keep it in the fridge not the freezer.
