They're incredibly rare, precisely because of their absurd rarity. They have destructive power on an astronomical scale, a power that not even Stacies has. Stacies can't beat the handsome man in terms of power and manipulation. These guys have more options than them and are much rarer than them. They don't need makeup to look like this.
