For abdominal development :feelsthink:

Sit ups are hit or miss for me if I feel them in the right place (sometimes more in the back or upper legs) but leg raises hit that shit perfectly :feelsokman:

They're also harder so you don't have to do so many reps

I only do hanging leg raises and got decent abs

Depends on range of motion and set-up, regular sit-ups suck ass but if you can do them on a steep angle/incline or hanging upside down they are hard to beat, leg-hip raises are good if you can match the ROM. Anyway I start with sit-ups on a hanging upside down station then do leg-hip raises after, the former is much harder for me.

Key is lifting your pelvis and flexing the lumbar spine very good abdominals exercise then aka leg-hip raise, guys that only lift their legs mostly only work hip flexors lol.
