What if I told you, happiness isn’t found in
Being rich, tall, handsome, having more sex having more food, we as humans always will want more (heroic adaption)
Happiness is 40% genetics, 10% environmental and 50% habits and mindset, making money only makes you happier because of the things it’s allows you too do, spending money on people you love or buying experiences with them (like going to Disney land) and in general being more connected too your community will make you happier then that new iPhone you bought.
Now what will make you happier then?
Dopamine 1o1 whenever you have a huge spike of dopamine it is always followed by a huge drop of Dopamine below baseline, (I don’t need to tell you this yk how shit it feels after you watch corn it scroll through Tiktok)
DONT ever ever dump Dopamine, drip it, stop frying it braincels you fucking dumbass chase pain because when you do hard things it is followed by a increase of dopamine and on top of that ur baseline happiness will also increase when your at rest...
- gratitude
- relationships
- friends
- good sleep
- good food
- being present
- working towards meaningful goals
- having faith
