There is no minimum looks level as there are other avenues besides looks to get women.

Also it's largely subjective if you are a HTB's type as a LTN or even SubLTN (just rarer).
I would say the minimum you can find love without too much trouble is LTN (relative to society)

You just have to follow a stricter method compared to somebody who's better looking who doesn't have to navigate through all those steps
