hard caps vs gel caps dutasteride bioavailability difference

sup brahs, I have both avodart pills 0.5mg that are obv gel caps however its expensive like a motherfucker so I got my hands on hard cap ones that quite literally is 10x cheaper, im aware that hard caps have slight less bioavailability and some say to take either mct oil or eat a fatty meal beforehand but I usually take my pills in the morning fasted, would for example taking 2x 0.5mg hard caps (1mg) be around the same effective dose as 0.5mg gel caps even if im fasted? or should I go for something like 1.5mg-2.5mg (I know 2.5mg mogs anything to oblivion but im moreso asking about the bioavailability)

if any of you know how big the difference actually please lmk so I dont underdose it
