Honestly just try to chew evening but now i don’t recommend this looksmax anymore because i got tjm while fixing my asymmetry :pepeLove:

Recently i try to chew 3 or more pieces of gum for 6 hours atleast once a week thoughts?

Yes you can but i did it consistently everyday but its crazy tjm just sometimes it pops quietly when I fully extend my jaw

Ahh fairs ill use this guide but not everyday like 12 hours a week max
