Guide I follow, today was normal nothing unusual although I can see my jawline get way more defined. And I can slightly see my indraorbitals get more big. Although I can't judge just yet I'll compare it in another 7 days to day 1. I chew with my incisors for 45 minutes 3 pieces of gum. If yall have any questions I'll try and answer them
