Anyone know what it's called, how much it is, or where I can get it? Also if anyone has used it, is it useful enough where it's worth using or not

nah the hard chewing gum is one of the best methods
normal gum and towel method wont do too much imo

I actually was able to make normal gum hard to chew by chewing on like 5-6 but that depends on the brand

nah the hard chewing gum is one of the best methods
normal gum and towel method wont do too much imo

it was some Italian brand, I don't remember the name but I bought like 5 packs when I was in Italy and took it home, it was normal gum though nothing special

yeah it does, masseters are muscles at the end of the day, but overworking may cause tmj weakness or shit so dont overdo
