Does hard Chewing + hard mewing work? for forward growth, ccw etc
Im 14 right now should I start doing it?

use your premolars ,not the back not the incisors(premolars are found in the middle of the back teeth and front teeth)
chew there,not too much,just eat hard foods not gum,hardmewing doesnt work but it improves airflow so just use it anyways,just accept your face ,your height matters

doesnt really contribute to forward growth and ccw,if you did it earlier it should have worked,but hardchewing will just make your jawline clean and popped up and airflow

Anything with the right method works, but there's never a right method
