Does hard chewing even works?I don't want the face of a ballon

A hypertrophied masseter muscle only makes the face look puffy depending on its muscle insertion.

Hard chewing can somewhat increase facial robusticity; outside of inherited morphology, masseter development can explain some extent of zygomatic growth.
