I have a slightly recessed chin and want to go a sliding genioplasty. Most likely filler on the gonial angles. Not the shit filler and not a shit doctor. I’m pretty sure filler isn’t bad how people make it out to be. I’m kind of glad people like K Shami and Clav hate on it and gatekeep it. An implant is way less safe.
I’m also thinking of canthoplasty because I have the base for it. I’m thinking of under eye fat graft but not sure if I even need it. I wouldn’t mind getting super invasive hard core surgeries if I had a really terrible flaw but I think if you don’t have big flaws and getting surgery would mean that you would have to geography max. I’ll try to go unoticed in all my surgeries. Say it’s because of testosterone, chewing and grow a beard for a bit to throw people off.
Rhinoplasty would help me but my family would definitely notice and be like wtf. Do you guys think a soft canthoplasty fat graft gonial filler and genioplasty can go unoticed?

the complete plan would be sliding genioplasty and canthoplasty. Disappear for 3 months. Come back with a stubble and new hair or more tanned. Then I bulk up and dissapear and come back lean with the filler a month later. If they say anything I will come out about my testosterone usage and say it’s that. If my parents were brain dead I’d say I did noctural Kent igf1 signalling but only Arab genes would be that stupid to believe that
