Would Trimax (CCW Rotation) + Rhinoplasty + Infraorbital implants save me?

Dental issues that may be important: Underbite, mild crowding, crossbite

Getting braces soon, also bloated asf right now but I’m still subhuman without bloat. What do you guys think

Well yea u deffo need trimax but that alone wont save you. your bonemass in general is complete dogshit after you get trimax just fkn get gonion implants and infra and zygomatic implants. then see how it looks
