Hard maxxing question

If I’m like realistically 3-4 surgeries from going from hltn front to lhtn front and I alr have a hmtn side should I start saving up? Or is 3-4 surgeries realistically like a too many? I need fat grafts for uee and lower, otoplasty, and chin widening. I also need to start running test + hgh tho cuz I’m hella small rn.
