So, what hard-maxxing / surgery advice can y'all give me?

I've got a pretty fucking severe overbite, and I need lower jaw surgery (according to my orthodontist). But, I'm considering a downgraft bimax + a genioplasty to fix my compact and recessed lower third.

I'm beard frauding quite a bit in these pics, but I pushed the beard hair on my chin to the side, so that you guys can see just how bad the recession is

You need to invest in a barber your haircut and beard are terrible I can tell you do it yourself

Bro, soft-maxxes are cope, and only really ascend someone like... 0.25 PSL MAX.

Whereas, a bimax + genioplasty, eyelid surgery, and an infraorbital-cheekbone implant will ascend me 2 PSL points.

I'm soft-maxxing rn, but it's cope and bullshit for the most part.
