I've been mewing semi-consistently for about 1.5 years but I've recently come across @Salludon's 'hard mewing' transformation
According to ancient sources from Islamabad he supposedly hard-mewed and did chin tucks 24/7. Now I don't think anyone in this forum has ever tried to do Sallu's regimen consistently hence I'm left wondering what if? What if he's right?
