HARD MEWING WORKS I CAN'T LIE!!!
but there's risk too,my palate widened a little,but the result is negligible.
on the other hand,now there's fluid retention on the right side of my jaw,which idk how to deal with,im afraid if it's infectious.
JFL if you think any kinda mewing is gonna work,you are gonna give yourself more issues!!!
copecel just hardmaxx or give yourself more trouble.
the risk to reward ratio is so low,that you're better off hardmaxxing icl.
