Is hard mewing back I’ve noticed pain in master’s from hard mewing and my hyoid area had looked visibly worse after consistently hard mewing anyone please explain why

When you hard mew, your muscles start to decay.

Do it enough and your mandible will fall off. I'm serious.

You have to take a break from mewing. At least a couple months.

Either bad form or just a step in the process. It may just be a process from your jaw changing, it may or may not get better if you continue to hard mew. I’d suggest that you stop and just have a normal tongue to palate posture
