Mewing overall works on reshaping the palate , but only at young age
Either than , you will need palate expander, MSE

It works, Salludon was 20 years old when he started hard mewing/chewing/etc.

depends on suture patency, if your sutures are patent enough then u can gain expansion. salludon however gained 0 expansion/forward growth due to being a curry with late stage d sutures.
