Hard mewing

Is hard mewing really a thing, I was watching this video and he said he did only hard mewing, idk if I can post it here but it wasn’t a crazy transformation just a micro so does hard mewing work??

hard mewing is basically just pressing your tongue really hard against the roof of your mouth. that won't magically remodel your bones lol. proper mewing is just about keeping your tongue up and breathing through your nose. any big changes in facial structure happen during growth or with orthodontics/surgery, not from clenching your tongue. overdoing it can even mess with your jaw joint, so don't expect a crazy transformation.

just mew normally and have a good posture there isn’t much u can do for ur bones after puberty/birth cause of ur genes (not including hardmaxxing)
