Hard mewing

Is hard mewing cope at 16 coz i heard soft mew would make my structure stay in place then logically hard mew would push it a little forward and up if done a lot right?

It's cope, just do normal mewing

Only thing it can just maybe help with is the tongue muscle so under the jaw is tighter, but I don't know how much it can help.
