Hard mewing

I’m trying to hard mew but I feel I’m doing it wrong. I can mew no problem but I’m trying to put a lot of pressure but when I try to close down with my teeth I sort of bite my tongue. My palate isn’t the issue it’s wide enough and I can do regular mewing but it’s kind of hard to do a lot of pressure.
