Does matter what I do I get them.

They aren’t as bad as the pics but they are irritating

I mainly get them around my neck but it’s due to my skin being very sensitive but also very thick and thus when hair is shaved it struggles to burst through. I go to my barbers usually to get it trimmed and it works for a week then the follicles come. My barbers are black so get the struggle but yeah I don’t think I can stop this
