Septoplasty
psl gained: .1-2 cause of symmetry and might be some slimming cause i had big turbinates
Pain level: just woke up, about a 5-6, burning in your nose and a sore throat
Surgeries needed: trimax (unless allah blesses me with forward growth and a better chin), rhinoplasty
hardmaxxes completed: septo and botox under armpit
Pros:
straighter nose, possibly slimmer
Better breathing = better overall development (will be big for me cause my septum was extremely zigzagged
Doctor said: “yeah i dont know how it was even possible for you to breath”
Better oxygen levels to brain
Better exercise
Medication before surgery that will make you laugh uncontrollably like crazy, makes you a retard for a bit
Cons:
Needle for anesthesia (if ur scared of me like me)
Somewhat pain for a bit (i just woke up so we’ll see how bad it gets)
Splints and stitches in your nose (might be painful to get removed
Nose is disfigured and swollen and probably will be until i take my splints put
Tons of bleeding and am changing gauzes every 5-10 mins
