I've been thinking about getting either a BSSO or alternatively a genio if BSSO is too expensive to try and address my short mandible atleast somewhat. (I've also been wearing braces for about a year now, doctor said it'd probably take 2.5 years total).

Additionally I have an appointment with a doctor coming up soon and will most likely be able to get a septoplasty covered by health insurance (thanks germany).
Something I've also already tried is getting a sleep study (I perma mouth breathe for whatever reason which is why I've been using mouth tape for like 4 months now) but the doctor told me there is nothing wrong (lol) and that everything is perfectly fine (thanks germany).

In regards to hair im on topical minox already, will probably be getting finasteride soon and I'm considering a hair transplant as well.

Thoughts and advice?

really? his chin shape doesnt suck by itself imo, just a steep mandible or even short by a bit. Maybe a bsso?
BSSO is definitelybetterbut op said that he would consider genio if its too expensive, so I was just telling him that genio woud still be a good ROI in case bsso turns out to be too expensive for him

If I get surgery I'll most likely go to russia for it and it should be MUCH cheaper there hopefully

That's not true, you can get both bimax and genio for a bit over 15k in germany at some default surgeons
