Hey guys
I just turned 18 with 23k savings And my parents r willing to put 25k (they can add more)
to get some work done for my face

How do make sure that I get the right ratios for my bones when planning surgrey like what formula should I consider

And since CT scans when moving bones doesn't match 1:1 with soft tissues
So where can I find something like ideal skull overall or anything in common

So how do I make sure I get the most harmony, dimporhism, angularity etc from surgeries
(I'm only considering osteotomies to get more natural results)

I'd appreciate all opinions!

doesnt make it easy without a photo of you, but implants are a good option, idk about your jaw but a bimax has good ROI from what i have heard

Idk man I haven't seen someone got implants that look normal especially when they're doing some faical expressions
I thought about a costum bimax with ccw and zygomatic osteotomy

it can look uncanny in some cases but usally people just want to look uncanny asf with them, if you tailor them right they could be very good
