I plan on getting bimax due to my downward growth and flat maxilla when I turn 18. I have a nose that's decently flat and wide; will Bimax/double jaw surgery help how my nose looks? And will bimax make my face look less narrow? <---

---> What kind of change can I expect from this surgery? I hear a decent amount of people saying that there isn't much change in the front profile; but they had different cases than I do.

Extra info: I have tear trough (basically shit under eye support) and asymmetrical jaw growth said by the orthodontist that could only be fixed with jaw surgery. <--

bimax can subtly improve your nose, mainly in profile, by repositioning your maxilla. it might make your face look less narrow too, especially if your jaw is off balance.
