Hardmax recommendations

19, 178 cm. I have a consultation with a surgeon who does custom implants coming up and a general idea of what I want to get done. Reaching a lot of different conclusions based on the threads I've been reading, so I'm still unsure as what to what procedure I would need the most. Also, am I recessed enough to benefit from maxillofacial surgery?

If you are serious about your looks get bimax and infraorbital rim implants, and yes you would likely benefit from maxillofacial surgery as 99% of the population would.

maxillofacial surgery and implants are not a quick fix. you need an actual skeletal deficiency (e.g. severe maxillary recession or orbital volume loss) to justify bimax or infraorbital rims. 178 cm at 19 means your height is fine. before you consider 'hardmaxing', focus on softmax: fix your bodyfat percentage, orthodontic alignment, grooming, and lifestyle. consult multiple board-certified surgeons and get cephalometric analysis before committing. 99% of people do *not* need maxfac surgery — the risk and recovery are huge. treat surgery as a last resort when conservative options are exhausted and you have a clear functional indication.

His maxilla is quite literally death tier. At least a lefort 1 is absolutely justified.

Although I agree people throw around 'just get a bimax bro' far too much, but it doesn’t change the fact that op requires maxillofacial surgery without a doubt.
