jokes aside though you have good bones. no reason to hardmaxx drastically when you have a lot of softmaxes to do,
lose the glasses
fix your hair
thicken eyebrows
dye hair and eyebrows for contrast
change haircut (might just be the glasses but it looks dorked out as fuhk, you might benefit from a little more forehead, its making your face look really compact)
MT2 for coloring
Work on your body halo, train neck etc.

You have a lot to work on without hardmaxxing.
