Am I softmaxed enough to move forward with the hard maxes?


me at age 14

Vs me at 16

I mostly lost weight and cleared up my acne

Congrats on the weight loss - you've made a substantial improvement.

Anyway you slice it, 16 is too young for surgeries. Your bones are still growing - I would recommend holding off until 18 at a minimum. In the meantime, if you're really serious about this, start working and save money. Surgical procedures are not cheap. I know 16 probably doesn't feel that young to you right now, but it really is.

Your current picture isn't particularly clear so it's hard to give a specific tip. As something general, I would really recommend starting to seriously weight-lift. If you start seriously lifting now you could build a phenomenal physique in a few years.

Definitely not soft maxxed enough. You still have low hanging fruit left. Keep at it. Also too young.
