What facial surgeries would you recommend? Here are everything i considered:
- Septorhinoplasty with tip refinement, because a kid broke my nose when i was little. This accident gave me a droppy tip, deviated septum and nose crookness
-Maybe a genioplasty, even tho i respect the E-line test in real life (not in these photos)
-Lefort 1, because i think i could benefit from more forward growth
-Gonions fillers to achieve TY Larson front profile
Here are everything i think i dont need:
-Orthodontics because i have straight teeth, no dark corners, adequate gum show, 8 teeth show and U shape palate
-Hair transplant
-Mouth widening because i think i would look uncanny
-Eye color surgery because it's an unnecessary halo
