Milk is a natural myostatin inhibitor. 500ml twice per day inhibited myostatin by levels comparable to tren. You just have to stick to it everyday. Semi skimmed milk is perfect. Im black so in a black family growing up in the projects we were short on money to buy milk, as soon as I started slamming 1L ED for a few weeks I started looking like that myostatin cow. honestly, i can just give you description,
But i want you to tell me whether your palate is narrow or not, you seem to lack zygo projection.
I'd also longer the jaw bridge, and then get a better haircut covering ears, and less bulbous on the back.
I'd also look to get fat injections for undereye support,
im very shitty at this, so pinch of salt.
