Cut weight dye your eye brows get a haircut get some nice clothes

-lean down/build physique
-fix eye area/dye lashes and brows
-fix skincare routine
-find a hairstyle that suits you maybe braids,cornrows or idk
-and testmaxxing when u are in puberty and then you should be good
