1. What surgery would I need for the excess of mass under my jaw/chin? Liposuction, neck lift, etc. Is it caused by my hyoid? I can't tell if it's low or normal.
2. I've got maxillary hypoplasia. I'm getting a Le Fort I. Trying to get my surgeon to do bimax for asymmetry too. I considered asking for CCW but the NHS would send me to a psych ward. What's the best option for the rest of the midface? Are my infras recessed too? Fillers, implants, etc, and where? Lot of conflicting advice on it
