Du musst noch richtig geblackpilled werden.
Nase is easy da die op leicht ist.
Dann braucht er noch trimax und infras/supras mit ein paar fat grafts

Wenn surgeries immer so einfach sind, wieso gibt's dann so wenig richtig gute Transformationen?
Gerade Nasen werden doch oft gebotched?
LL ist noch vergleichsweise leicht solange mans nicht übertreibt, aber im Gesicht ist es doch kritischer.

Dont do rhino without fixing your jaw, its a simple principle of order

Also because most surgeons dont know how to do an aesthetic rhino jfl
