(Doctors who analysed me were Italian)

I have a posterior crossbite because my upper palate is narrow, my lower jaw is kind of big and wide and chin slightly protrudes making my side profile look like a Class III Malocclusion even if my teeth have a slight overbite, my incisors teeth have a high angle because the maxilla is further back than the mandible. My gonial angle is 120.8° and occlusal plane is flat or Class III type.

Aesthetically speaking my upper maxilla appears to be flat and the base of the nose kind of sinks making a bump on it, also causing nasolabial folds.

I don't know if I should get LeFort 1 (maybe high cut) or a Bimax, also I think I'll have to fix my asymmetric mandible which makes my lips drop on one side.

that poppo SNA = lf1 + braces later
narrow upper palate = sarpe or segmented lf1 + braces later
mandibular asymmetry = bsso, will prolly fix soft tissue overtime esp if u train it

also upper lip should be closer to E plane than lower lip and urs isn't despite fucked up maxillary dentoalveolus so lf1 is obvious, ididnt evne know they still used e plane tho
my incisors teeth have a high angle because the maxilla is furthe
yes
