Got a small gap between my front teeth, and a little bit of a crossbite. Not noticeable when I smile but my face looks kind of curved in one side. Browridge/nosebridge/maxilla are well developed but I lack a bit chin wise. Also small palate

Looking to get some palate expansion/genioplasty. What would the best option be surgery wise? Unlimited budget.

Unlimited budget I mean I can do any surgeries till 20K, not trying to aspiemaxx and get full around bone implants. not trynna seem like a rich nigger

20k should be enough bc if you try and cheapskate surgery you will get fucked up

that should do it i can vouch for invisalig, i got that done last year and for 4k and have straight teeth within a year its soo worth,i also got otoplasty this year so i spend like 10k on hard maxxes,yeah your right dont get addicted to unnecesarry surgiries but the 3 you named sounds like a good combo

no it doesnt affect anything thats a genuine myth,i noticed sleight more symetry since my front teeth got more aligned with my jaw tho
