no you already have a projected chin relative to your mandible

if you want more projection you'd need jaw surgery str8 up which isnt worth it imo because you arent that recessed

Possibly otoplasty. Honestly gor for soft here, drop fat, take care of your skin, colouring, eyebrows, hair. Your chin is not bad at all, although a little bit of projection wouldn't hurt.
